Shipping Policy

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Apple Pay  payments. For PayPal please send an email. 

The amount for the payment will only be deducted when the item has been processed and shipped. 
All trade entered into between the buyer and is subject to Danish law.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a suspicion of fraud, resale or a clearly incorrect price indication.

All prices stated on are excl. VAT.
VAT will be added at checkout and is stated as standard in DKK, Danish kroner.

We strive to have all parcels sent the same week but it can be expected that a little delay might occur.

We ship with PostNord and most of our parcels are tracked however if you cannot pick tracked at the checkout then it's untracked - and we cannot help you if your package goes missing or never arrives. 

To Denmark we only offer "MyPack Collect", which means your package will be sent out to your nearest PostNord office and it is tracked.

We ship untracked to : The rest of the world.

You have a 14-day right of return on your purchases if the item has not been used. The right of withdrawal takes effect from the day you receive the item.
All original packaging must be included in the return, possibly.
Seal must not be broken. The item must be returned in the same condition as received. does not cover return shipping and it is the buyer's responsibility to send the item safely and in good condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You'll also have to ship it with tracking so we can follow the package.

We recommend that you send returned goods with the option of tracking.
To make use of the return, the delivery note must be sent with the order number sent back in the package. From receipt of the package, it can take up to 1 week before the refund of the payment is processed.

Package not being picked up:
When your package is ready for collection or not delivered because you were not at home, you can pick it up from your local post office. You will receive an email and text message at your specified phone number up to 5 times. If you still fail to pick up the package, it will be returned to us after 14 days. Since we are charged a fee for the return, we allow ourselves the right to not refund you the full price.
